Refund policy

Refunds & Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Made-to-Order Items (Important)

All made-to-order items are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Casted Rings
  • Hybrid Lantern Rings
  • Coated Rings

If a size change is requested and approved for a made-to-order item, a recasting fee may apply.


How to Start a Return

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Exchanges

  • Anodized rings: Eligible for exchange within 15 days
  • Made-to-order items: Exchanges are handled case by case
    • If approved, a recasting fee will apply
    • Items must be returned in new condition

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Warranty

Made-to-order items include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects such as:

  • Improper resin curing
  • Glue failure
  • Chipping due to material issues

This warranty does not cover damage from wear, misuse, or mishandling.


Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

  • If the error is on our end: we will correct it at no cost
  • If the error is on the customer’s end: the customer is responsible for shipping and any resizing or remanufacturing fees

All sizing issues are handled case by case.


Exceptions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Made-to-order or custom items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
